"Metamorphosis" is not just a self help, fitness, or self improvement site, but a combination of the three and more, much more.

In alchemical terms I you could compare it to the search for the philosopher's stone, the all elusive key to turning base metals to precious gold. Your present state being the base metal, your future being the gold.

Holistic is one way to catagorize the site, but even that falls short of defining all that it is.

Holistic health does not separate health matters into bite size pieces, but views all things as being connected (whole). We should then consider nutrition, exercise, mental and spiritual states, and various other factors such as stress levels, sleep patterns, the environment in which we live and work and so on, all as having an effect on health.

Here at "Metamorphosis" you will have access to a myriad of tools, techniques, and resources to address all of the above areas and in addition you will find information on other useful topics such other as how to influence others, how to become more prosperous and still more.

Most importantly however, is the hope that through the use of the resources found among these pages you might find the means to become truly enlightened and fully self-realized and perhaps you will discover a greater meaning and purpose to your life regardless of present circumstances.After all isn't that what we all seek?
